Steilto is built as a tool for rapid and secure file and message sharing. Your privacy is our priority.

2. Data Collection

No Personal Data

Steilto does not collect or store personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Ephemeral Transfers

Files and messages sent through Steilto are encrypted and stored temporarily on Firebase servers. They are automatically deleted after 30 seconds, or after the user-defined duration, and once retrieved by the recipient.

Encryption

Data is encrypted locally on your device before transmission. Noeton Apps does not hold the keys required to decrypt your content.

3. Permissions

Camera

The camera permission is used only to scan QR codes for pairing devices.

Storage / Photos

Storage or photo access is used only to allow you to select the files or photos you choose to send.

Location / Wi-Fi

Location or Wi-Fi related permissions are used only to facilitate Wi-Fi credential sharing and connection features, where supported by the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Steilto uses Google Firebase to facilitate temporary data transmission. Firebase services may process technical data according to Google's own privacy policy and terms.

5. Data Retention

Files and messages are designed to be temporary. They are automatically deleted after the configured expiration period and/or after they are retrieved by the recipient.

6. Data Sharing

Noeton Apps does not sell your personal data. Steilto does not share your files or messages with third parties, except as necessary to provide the temporary transfer functionality through Firebase.

7. Children's Privacy

Steilto is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
